This April, we invite you on a journey through the vibrant flavors of Asian cuisine with Flavors of the East. From plant-based maki rolls to kelp noodles and the rich nutty notes this dinner is a celebration of freshness, function, and flavor. Join chef Joanas and his team for a 5 course plant-based dinner experience that begins with a beautifully curated grazing table with seasonal foods, bold and umami bites to awaken your palate. From there we’ll take you through three savory dishes each crafted to highlight the vibrancy of Asian inspired flavors. To close the evening chef Joanas has a delicate dessert that will leave you feeling inspired and satisfied.

Hosted at Lee’s on Canal Street, a beautiful loft space in the heart of Chinatown designed for comfort and connection, the evening will center around raw, adaptogenic ingredients to refresh and nourish as we step into spring 2025.

Bring your favorite sake, or non-alcoholic beverage, settle in for great conversation, and share a meal with both familiar faces and new friends.
